• Unnecessary movements: inefficient movements of personnel.
• Defects: errors requiring rework or generating waste.

2. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)

Lean is not a destination but a journey. We have introduced the concept of Kaizen, meaning continuous improvement. All members of our team are now encouraged to identify small, constant improvements in their daily processes. 3. Just-In-Time Production (JIT)
